Additionally, there are community groups of participants all going through the same challenges. This is a great way to learn from each other.
Step 4: Self Improvement
Through the goals set with the lifestyle coach, our method is to increase physical activity and begin eating healthier meals. The lifestyle coach can provide a variety of ways to get active, and help find what works best for you. Eating healthy doesn't have to be a pain! Through increasing awareness of foods that are unhealthy and foods that could be incorporated, eating healthy can be very rewarding!
