Our CDC-recognized program is focused on helping you get lasting results. Your time commitment is minimal: 1 meeting per month for 12 months. It may sound long, but building new habits, skills, and confidence takes time.
MEALS & PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
IMPACT Diabetes helps you find healthy meals that are right for you, and can be tailored to your dietary needs. We'll also introduce you to exercises that fit your workout routine and can be flexible around your schedule.
We connect you with a community support group of people with similar challenges and goals. Having friends participate in the IMPACT Diabetes program with you is helpful for accountability to reinforce good habits together.
Your trained lifestyle coach will be with you every step of the way. Using our private and secure messaging platform, they will guide you through the program. This coach will help you with approaches and techniques to make long-lasting changes.
